About This Project

More recently, we have completed this development in Salcombe. This project involved the redevelopment of a disused gasworks site to provide six, new build, contemporary houses with a ground floor commercial space. Each of the individual houses at Island Place were designed and built to the highest specification.
 
Our services on this project included the design and installation of the full electrical package throughout the development. We ensured that we sourced quality products to guarantee that the highest standards were achieved throughout. The package of works included the individual electrical installations to each of the six dwellings, as well as the landlord’s electrical installation, consisting of communal lighting to the external areas and the garage on the ground floor. In addition, we undertook the installation of a Comelit video entry system, communal fire alarm system, Solar PV Systems to each of the dwellings, as well as a communal TV distribution system and intruder alarms.
